Need a new profile picture? This beginner hands-on photography course teaches you all aspects of photography to improve your picture taking in a fun filled atmosphere. Topics covered include: the technical side of operating a camera, creativity when shooting, composition, special effects and the digital darkroom. Enjoy supervised on-campus field trips to explore the world of sports, people and nature photography. Students assemble a professional slide show of their best images to bring home. NOTE: You are required to bring your own point and shoot digital camera or SLR with instruction nanual, extra batteries or charges, portable storage device to bring photos home and a tripod.
