This course explores advanced foot care for the high risk foot. This includes the study of risk factors and treatment plans for various disorders, including those clients with circulatory or neurological disorders and those with diabetes. Foot assessment and charting are practised and client teaching addressed. Foot health is discussed and students practise basic foot care in the classroom. New tools and their practical use in foot care are introduced in this level.
